Are you accepting custom orders?

I am not accepting custom orders at this time. I don’t know if or when that will change in the future. If it does, I will make an announcement on Instagram and change the message here.

If you have seen a hoop that I've made and would like me to recreate it, send me an email (leighinstitches@gmail.com). It may not always be possible, but it never hurts to ask!  

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Ready to ship items: 3 business days

Custom orders: Up to 4 weeks

Can I track my order?

Hoops: All hoops are shipped with tracking and you will receive the tracking number.

Stickers: All stickers are mailed using large letter mail and are not tracked. If you wish you pay extra for tracking, please send me an email at leighinstitches@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss the extra fee.

I have an issue with my order/the item received. What should I do?

Send me an email: leighinstitches@gmail.com. I will work with you to make it right.

If we decide that a refund makes the most sense, the item must be returned in good condition before the refund will be processed.
