A little bit about me!

As you may have guessed my name is Leigh (she/her). It is lovely to meet you! I am an embroidery and fiber artist from Ontario, Canada.

For as long as I can remember my soul has needed a creative outlet. For years I looked for something that scratched that creative itch. Then in 2014 I bought an embroidery hoop and some thread and have been stitching almost every day since! I hope my art brings you as much joy as it brings me.

When I’m not stitching I'm drawing, searching out delicious food, listening to music much too loud or pretending I know how to play video games, I also have a passion for supporting small businesses and makers. I believe there is room for everyone and community over competition is the only way to do this.

Thank you so much for being here!

Spring markets are right around the corner! More details coming soon!

Are you accepting custom orders?

I am not accepting custom orders at this time. I don’t know if or when that will change in the future. If it does, I will make an announcement on Instagram and change the message here.

If you have seen a hoop that I've made and would like me to recreate it, send me an email (leighinstitches@gmail.com). It may not always be possible, but it never hurts to ask!

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Ready to ship items: 3 business days

Custom orders: Up to 4 weeks

Can I track my order?

Hoops: All hoops are shipped with tracking and you will receive the tracking number.

Stickers: All stickers are mailed using large letter mail and are not tracked. If you wish you pay extra for tracking, please send me an email at leighinstitches@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss the extra fee.

I have an issue with my order/the item received. What should I do?

Send me an email: leighinstitches@gmail.com. I will work with you to make it right.

If we decide that a refund makes the most sense, the item must be returned in good condition before the refund will be processed.
